Review of Odynet by Ashley
My internet hasn't been working for four days now and when I called odynet to see where things were at with troubleshooting the issue, someone named mike, freaked out on me over the phone when I was unable to tell him which cables were plugged in and what lights were flashing on the modem. I don't know anything about this stuff, which is the reason I called to get some assistance. After mike speaking to me like I was an idiot I asked to speak with his manager. He then claimed he was part owner! I am shocked! I asked him if his business partner knew he was speaking to customers this way and he wouldn't answer. I then asked to speak with his partner and what his or her name was and he said " you don't need to know that information!" I then asked to speak with Someone else and he said if I Harrasse him he would suspend my account and hung up on me! I think harassment would be if I had kept calling, but I have never called before and am completely disgusted with the customer service. Especially from someone who is part owner!
