I recently had a furnace installed (Goodman) which worked for my price range. It was the owner who came out to give the estimate. I had an issue with noise and called the company back. Shannon was GREAT! She got someone out right away and it was a part that needed to be replaced - no problem. Then it still seemed to be making a noise during the night and waking me up. Once again Shannon got someone out to listen to it and asked the owner to c ontact me - HE NEVER DID! I had no problem getting a hold of him when I was looking for a furnace, not he could not even return a call even though many messages were left. Shannon was wonderful to get someone out again and now the furnace purrs like it should. I am very happy with service from Shannon and the workers - NOT THE OWNER - VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH JASON.
