Review of Noort Homes by Disappointed customer
We're just trying to get the word out there about this company, which builds a lot of homes but isn't worthy of the reputation they seem to have. We bought our house new from them, only to discover a water leak (which they did not deny was their fault) less than 6 years later. The New Home Warranty is a joke - apparently the damage had to be visible in less than a year to qualify! After about two years of going back and forth with Noort we finally had to bring in another company to fix the problem - expensive enough that we have had to make serious financial decisions as a result (like when we are going to retire). They're nice people to deal with right up to the time that they have to open their wallets to fix a problem that they created.
