My experience was bad. Do your own measuring. Get your own installer. Make sure you pay for the SF that you need installed and not the the material they say they used. They cut the wood up and throw them out, then bill you stating that they use the wood on your floor. I only needed 1545 SF i saw them throwing the wood you. When i talk to them about it they reply "no English" them one that speak English came a bill me 1788 SF. I refused to pay that. I paid for my SF plus all the wood they claim they use on my floor..... including the ones they throw out.
