Most unprofessional and rude owner with whom I've ever had the misfortune of doing business. Rarely, if ever, responds to voice mail inquiries or letters. Provides services AFTER they've been cancelled and then invoices for them. Does not respond to queries regarding bills, then leaves disparaging, nasty expletives as voice messages demanding payment of the amount questioned. anonymous
