Review of Highland Furniture by Van M
We bought a living, dining and bedroom set with these people. They said it will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. They call us to come and make the payment because the items are ready and we make the payment in full. We asked for the delivery, the lady rudely said she will call us. I mentioned we live in a condo building so we have to book the elevator. I called and she shouted at me saying she still doesn't have a time of delivery. She ends up calling to say it will have to be between 4-7 pm when when I specifically told her it has to be before 4pm. Now we still don't have furniture and they won't return my money. I wish I could give ) stars
