Be careful with this company when it comes to cancelling a cruise the agent feels he earned your money thus good luck getting your deposit back even though it goes against every policy the cruise line has. apparently they can make there own policies.our cruise is not set to sail until a year from now the cruise line will refund deposits in full but not this company the second you leave a deposit they feel its there's regardless of why your cancelling. you guys got me twice but it will never happen again,oh yeah I forgot to mention this is the second time this has happened with this company I will make sure everyone I know stays away
