Review of Competition Appliance Repair by S. Smith
Whirlpool washers set up appointment for me because our washer was smoking. They told us technician would empty the water from the tub, when competition call to confirm the appointment they told us that they would not drain the water and that we had to have it done before the technician arrived. When the technician was close by he called to ask where he could park. I told him that he can only park out on the street because I couldn't have him park in my neighbours parking spots. Because of this he refused to do the job, stating that he didn't want to walk in from the street. He said it was too cold. It's January in Winnipeg. It's always cold. The distance from the street to my door is about 50 yards. I felt this was a waste of my time. I'll be sure to share my experience and never use this company. I left a message with the manager to talk about my experience, but my call was not returned. Very poor customer service all around.
