Review of Wing Lee Holdings Ltd by Sam
For years I considered it a good company. Until Jason took over. I lived in a building for eight years. The apartment manager liked to play games and only dealt with issues if it was really bad. One time a building across the street called fire department. They arrived wanted in to the suite with smoke coming out. They intended to use axes. Manager didn't identify herself she just Chuckled. I told fire department who she is. When Jason took over wing Lee things changed. The manager got away with a great deal. She moved her daughter's friend in above me and made great deal of noise on regular basis. They then made up a story and attempted to get me evicted. The company initially put that I was doing criminal activity on the documents. These little bugger tenant wrote a lengthy note say they don't party yet I had called the police at 2* am they broke up a party. I have police report. One time previous I called police but the moment the police buzzed me the part became quiet. The apartment manager lives at front of building. And clearly inform the tenants. But waiting till two am worked as they assumed I was not home and they got caught. I ended up moving it was time consuming and costly. I tried residential tenancy but the owner Jason acted totally ignorant of the actual noise said he had looked into it. He didn't care at all and let the building manager run rough shot over him. I am not only tenant from the building that experienced this. They constantly had pipes bursting and did quick fixes. The rent was good and location was great. But t I also had no heat for two years. I insisted it get fixed as it turns out my valve was turned off. The plumber told me it was off when he came in. The manager had turned it off when they came in to do mouse proofing. Also I still had very little heat. They tried to claim my futon that was two feet from the heater was the cause it stopped the heat from dispersing. What a crock of crap.!!! Most people there are nice and amazing but Jason is a real jerk.
