Custom made (3 panels) drapes made too short (home visit with measurements taken) Final product varied in length by 1-3 in. Store owner admitted to her error & after repair, still too short, uneven, & with crease of previous hem visible in areas. Lining is longer than drapery material in many areas. After further discussion, owner became unfriendly & refused to do anything more. After careful consideration, this has been posted so others will not make the expensive error of hiring this business.
