Review of Premax Management Ltd by Mohammad
I am certain that this is the worst management company in the world! Even if I compare this company with the companies of 3rd world countries, It will be ranked no. (the last). But I don't understand how this company is running its property in toronto. I am doubtful whether they are ever inspected by the regulatory authorities as that (3400 Eglinton Ave East) building is not suitable to live at all. The staff of this company seems like they are the owner of the building. Sometimes, they threatened tenants. I have tried to contact with this company but could not find any email or the contact no. of the higher authorities but could not find anywhere. Its seems to me that those authorities are hiding themself and doing business.
