Review of Petcetera by Kate
I went to your store today and went in okay although I have to use a walking stick. I parked right near the store and there was some slush and snow there. I did my shopping well and there were no problems there but when I came out I couldn't get to my car due to the slight decline there and very slippery slush and snow. I almost fell face first due to slipping on the slight hill and slush. I was finally helped by a young lady customer that came out of the store otherwise I would still be there. Due to the slope going up to your store you need to either put a railing along the ramp for something to hold onto or you need to brush the slush and snow away so people like me can shop there otherwise I will no longer shop at your store! That was a VERY dangerous area today and I strained my arm for my cane slipped on the snowy slush and I almost did a face plant on those curbs there! Never will I go there again after it has snowed for you don't seem to care enough to clear a path to the cars!
