had an appointment to get our locks re-keyed, they showed up early when no one was home and left before the appointment time, called to re-schedule and he got annoyed because no one was there, we got there at the appointed time. very rude conversation and blamed us for not being there, he had other customers waiting at the shop. if he had an appointment, that would last an hour or so why did he worry about customers at his shop when he was booked to do our job any way, not impressed with their customer service.
