on my visit to this office a few times....i was diagnosed with ptsd while in a private meeting my sister mentally abused me infront of one of the intake workers who let it all happen and said nothing....then my bc pwd form were taken from me by a worker from that office to be filled out and return to me personally vanished....when asked they said my medical doctor had them yet when asked they also denied it i have never seen the forms since and the doctor psychiatrist there i saw also vanished so thats how they treat people who have suffered tramatic incident that caused the person ptsd........more mental abuse......pretty sad
