Review of Santa Anita Holdings Ltd by Jennifer Levenhagen
John has been repeatedly called about a machine out complex purchased. He always says he will get back with us and never does. The machine needs a chip replaced that has been compromised. The man comes across as not being intelligent enough to tell us what to do with his faulty equipment. We purchased is about 5-6 years ago. I am not sure of any warranty. But the real issue is, it is his machine, and he won't help or do anything about it. I would recommend to NEVER purchase anything from him or his company. I will also be reporting him toe the BBB. This is NOT how you do business and treat your customers. Your customers are the key to your success. But don't bother with this guy.
