Andre Daoust (lachine) took almost 4 months to install my kitchen window. He arrived with a window after 2 months but the window was not the right thickness! He didn't bother to measure it properly. What a waste of time, energy and one wasted window. When he finally showed up almost 4 months to the day of ordering my window, only my kids were home so he took out my old window and refused to install the new one until my daughter went to the bank and got out the cash to pay him. He said he wanted to make sure he was paid, because he knew what a lousy job he had done! I would not advise anyone to use this business! Terrible, terrible service!
