before purchasing a new PC from the London location. I first spoke with them and told them what I needed the new computer for, I was assured the computer I was sold would be sufficient for the tasks it needed to preform. When I got it home I right away realized it was not ablE to do what they told me it could. I informed them that same day in hopes of being able to return the computer but was told that it is now used and they wouldn't take it back. I have been fighting with them for over three months now and they still won't take it back. So be careful because they got my money and laughed
