I moved into this place and let me tell you they will completely lie to your face about everything. There is mold everywhere, just make an FOI request to the city of vancouver and look at all the juicy complaints from the tenants in there that they just chose to ignore. There is also a mice infestation along with silverfish. The board members all lie and back stab each other. But you all know they have the best most up to date units unlike everyone living in there leaky units. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for somewhere else to live cause this place will put you through hell and then some!
