Review of West Street Variety by John Smith
"Terrible service" We frequently walk by the store, and my wife went in one day to get a drink while we were on a walk as we like to support the local economy. My wife showed our Visa to pay as we always do for points. He reached out taking it from her without a word or even glancing at the card. He proceeded to THROUGH it back at her across the counter while saying ''I don't take that''. Her years of childhood softball payed off as she caught the card before it flew to the ground! Bear in mind throughout this she was wearing our 3 month old son. A simple "we don't accept Visa" or a sign would suffice, not terrible service from someone who should not be a customer service employee let alone a small business owner.
