Let me just tell you what I saw in one week, and I will let you decide if this place is for you. I saw several hundred cockroaches, Bed bugs, rat feces, and what must have been raccoon droppings. Burst pipes, loose wires, elderly people stuck in the one dilapidated elevator. Sinks that were destroyed and not working, then destroyed worse after some employee must have tried to fix it. You also will be surrounded by dope fiends and what I presume to be crackheads. How the City of Windsor allows women and children to be subjected to this kind of squalor is beyond me. Run from this place as fast as you can
