Chrissy the receptionist needs to learn that if a patient is upset that you don't react on emotions as the patient. You professionally deal with it as the second re eptionist did. Lynn is awesome . Patient tossing health card on counter to make appointment and getting it tossed back at patient and saying " I don't need to be treated like this" . I didn't say anything about how she was working or treating me.
