I would rate this Hellhole as a minus 5 if I could. You will see literally hundreds of cockroaches, with bedbugs, rat feces, larger feces of perhaps raccoons, and that's in the first week! You may be subjected to burst pipes, electrical shocks, etc. In the one week I was there old folks were getting stuck in the elevator and had to pull themselves out as there was no manager to be found. I can't believe children and the elderly are subjected to these raunchy, filthy, third world conditions. I have lived in Detroit, in Africa, and never seen ANYTHING as UGLY as this. Here is a typical conversation between the "manager" ie slumlord and an elderly tenant. "I NEED HELP"... "Well mam" it's 9 AM and you've only seen two little cockroaches.I was just at your neighbors and they had about 100 really monster roaches! I think you're really doing great! Now go learn some English. But bye! " Well I could go on and on and this was just one week folks. God help Canada if this is the way it's going.
