Review of About Pure Air by Shawn
They came out cleaned my A/C upsold the filter and didn't fix the A/C (which was the reason for my call) I suspect its the capacitor/fan Motor and told them as such. Now I have to wait until after the weekend for them to come by a second time. We requested a repair but ended up getting nothing more than a check up, I've used these guys in the past but after todays experience I probably won't be recommending them to anyone else nor using them again. The price and the amount of time and work spent i feel it was not worth it considering the problem continues after their visit. They called back on Monday and told me the condenser fan motor was $800, this is a part that I have another contractor installing for $300, not sure what the extra $500 gets me. Not sure if it's the Tech or the company but someone thinks it's a good idea to bilk their customers. I hired another company to do the work and it should be completed once the motor comes in at a fraction of the cost About Pure Air wanted. What a way to kill a relationship with an exisiting client, never again will I use About Pure Air, best of luck Peter, you're going to need it
