Review of Mastercraft Homes by Chris
We purchased the house in April 2015. Before that, we already heard negative reactions from the neighbors about Mastercraft's crappy work. We did not listen. During closing time, we had several open issues with them but most notably the defects on the hard floor. They fixed the problem as identified during the closing. However, after a month of living on the house...the hardwood defects reoccured. We called mastercraft or report to Tarion the issue but they blame the issues on us. Their customer service is very poor. I should have listened to the reviews. Mastercraft homes is the worst company ever. Do not buy house from them ever.
