Review of Scotiabank by Stave
My wife received the worst customer service from this bank tonight. There was a business disagreement over the phone with a senior member of staff which ended with us telling the bank we'd be pulling our business out of the Haney Scotiabank and going elsewhere because that is our right to make that choice as a customer. My wife tried to use her bank cards later that evening and every account was frozen leaving her unable to access our money!? This is unacceptable behavior from a bank! How can somebody be allowed to get away with this kind of behavior? This bank has been brutal in their customer service and have treated us poorly. Well no longer, we are going to write negative reviews everywhere and pull all of our business.
