Review of Blackstone Graphics by Former Employee
I was rewarded for a job well done at xmas and when I gave my notice a couple months later the employer turned on me and accusations and slander began. I should not have been surprised because I witnessed several occasions current and past employee being talked about and made fun of, not a mature way to run a business or management style I agree with. Employees get promoted and demoted within the same year and again are treated unfairly. If an employee calls in sick or has a family circumstance, the employee upon return will get punished one way or another. Upon giving notice, employees will be slandered to the rest of the company. Staff is put in the middle like its a high school game. Monies will be held back as a form of punishment for quitting. However the law is the law and they must pay monies owed. But the game here is the monies were held back and were in the company bank and not yours. Sad really when a company is run as a personal playground instead of a corporation. Majority of employees still employed there are looking for other work, but jobs in their field are few and far between so they suck it up.
