Review of Pro Concrete & Paving Ltd by woodie
I spent 3 months this summer trying to get Pro Concrete to confirm that they would complete the work they designed and costed. They have very poor communication and zero customer service. The designer would not respond to my messages, and the office staff finally informed me that he was away on his honeymoon and yet was the only person who could tell me when the work would be done. During this same period, the company completed work for others. I filed a complaint with the BBB - the company's response was essentially 'yes we took too long, and no we won't do the work'.
