Everything was above average Floor installation was above average as well as the service. I have one suggestion, because I am so frustrated others may feel the same. This may sound trivial . Hoever, we all like getting gifts. I was delighted to be getting a free mop. There is just one problem I have been unable to find elastisized covers anywhere for the mop. I therefore suggest, dont give a client a mop which they cannot find new covers, to replace the one provided. It is frustrating, I was told not to us my swiffer mop but at least I can get refills for it.
