Review of Lee's Village Restaurant by Jessica Robinson
We were not impressed with the EXCESSIVELY long wait to get our take out order. Lee's told us it was a 30 minute wait to get our order. Upon arrival we found out from the cashier that the Chef's decided to serve customers in restaurant and putting take out orders (which btw the take out orders came in before sit down customers arrived) on the back burner. This translates into a 70 minute wait for our order. BAD DECISION. A good chef would know how to accommodate both customers. Food was a 2 1/2 out of 5. Good fried rice, chow mean and beef with mushrooms. Breaded Chicken and shrimp were less than good. Too much breading. Going to try to Fanny's Chinese next time. Funny thing... heard good reviews from other take out customers waiting for theirs orders at the same time.
