Review of Flowers Brockville by R.McNabb
I wish I could say something more positive. There is a running joke in my family about buying cake shaped floral arrangements. On the 20th of April, I was on the receiving end. The flowers were stunning and smelled wonderful, however the arrange did not resemble a cake, at ALL, aside from the fact that the arrangement had candles. I spoke to the florist Tammy, and I was bowled over by her response. I have to say I was not expecting an argument! It was like a Monty Python skit. "This floral arrangement does not resemble a cake" "Yes it does" "No it doesn't".......ad infinitum !!!! Finally she raised her voice and asked 3 times in rapid succession, "What do you want?" I told her I wanted to get off the phone. What I really wanted, was respect and customer service. Is this too much to ask?
