BEWARE!!!! As the previous posts state he pressures you into a contract and refuses to let you out of any contract. I had signed up my young son and he has mistreated my son, bullied him and allowed other students (who are all much older than my now 4 year old son) to bully my son as well. He makes my son do punishments that are border line abuse and even other parents have made statements of these issues going on and how the instructor picks on my son. Gianfranco Lucente refuses to let me out of my contract without a financial penalty for his abuse to my son. I have filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT SIGN UP! ESPECIALLY IF IT'S FOR A CHILD!!! Also, as Gianfranco Lucente claims below that there are multiple instructors, there are not. It is himself and now one other coach. All he will every say is "sorry you feel that way" That should be his motto. He's not sorry, hes a scam artist and clearly doesn't know how to run a business or work with young his. He has tried to convince me on multiple occasions that my son has ADD or ADHD when my son was 3 years old because he didn't have the attention span of his much older students. If you come across this business just run!!
