51 days and still no working KitchenAid Dishwasher! Purchased from Goemans 2+ years ago, under extended warranty until March 2020. Steins have been here four times, replaced four parts, finally did a proper diagnostic and said part #5 was needed! They were to come yesterday, no one showed up! After about 8-12 tries, finally got through, was told the file is closed! They are not being paid for any more service calls! No one contacted me from Steins to let us know, we're sitting here all day waiting! Had Steins done the diagnostic test to begin with, this would have been rectified long ago! Part #5, diverter motor is still in their possession. Other parts replaced, user profile, motherboard, pump and solenoid! Should have had a new dishwasher by now! This machine was only used 3x per week, dishes were scraped and rinsed! Even the technicians from Steins agreed that this was rediculous and that plastic parts were inferior!
