Review of Polyclinique De L'Oreille by Kirk Arsenault
I made a appointment to see Dr. Richard Caouette to find a solution for the excessive mucus in my throat which causes very heavy coughing daily and lots of mucus in my nose. I explaned to him all the classic symptoms I have and he told me point blank there is no cure for this and that I would most likely have to live with this all my life!! I told him I am going through hell with this and it takes a lot out of me. He repeated there is no solution for all the mucus that I am swallowing which I strongly believe and told him was the problem. He also mentioned other problems I may have but gave no solutions and basically ignored me with no solution when I told him I am breathing in air only from one nostril as my right one is blocked! I left feeling it was a total waste of time waiting months for this appointment! I went home looked on the internet and discovered I had all the Classic Symptoms of Post Nasal Drip which I cleary explained to him. Obviously he did not mention this or the reason I have this. Only that there is no cure?? I can only concur that Dr. Caouette is very unprofessional and did not care that I suffer on a daily basis with my medical problem. Shame on you doctor! I defiantly plan on filing a complaint against him.
