customer service and finance absolutely useless and not formative at all. CSRs were extremely rude as if they didn't even care. messed up my billing twice and took 1 month to get my payment all straightened out. provided address updates and CC information 5 times and could not get the info updated correctly. went on a tour of the facility and staff were not professional at all.
