Horrible customer service! Not the lady on the phone but the company policies. Called to get a rough idea of dumpster prices as I'm planning a small renovation as a surprise for my wife. They refused to give me any information without them calling me back. Even after explaining it was part of a surprise for my wife who is currently sleeping so A) doesn't need to be woken by their call back, and B) doesn't need the surprise spoiled by being woken, they still would not even consider giving any information without their callback. Utterly ridiculous that a company feels so self-important that their customers should be jumping through their hoops in order to give them money!
