Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Phil Canon, the owner came over, recommended some very expensive california shutters for our back door, assuring us they would work great. It took 5 weeks to get to the install, and then product had gaps around the edges. They told us we could use caulking to seal it up. The track squeaks like hell, and it doesn't even fit in the frame of the backdoor, so it juts out considerably. Further, the back door can't get tight enough to the frame anymore so that it can be locked. When we inquired for an exchange because the product clearly did not fit/operate in the back door, Phil Canon REFUSED. Unreal, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I don't care what your return policy is, we spent $3500 on blinds, if one of the five pieces we ordered doesn't work for us, just give us an exchange!
