Review of North East Gas Co-Op Ltd by Mario Gagne
Normally I get good service when I call to pay my bill over the phone. You have to call in anyways to give your meter reading. I get my bill today with a penalty charge. So I call to pay my bill which is usually the next of getting my bill and it is explained to me that I didn't pay my last bill. I tried explaining myself and without a doubt the lady on the phone doesn't care. You can tell when you call that they are taking the information on a piece of paper and will take care of it later. "She told me do you realize how many people call I day?" I explained to her that I think that it sucks that I have to pay for an employee error and then she snapped at me to say that I didn't pay my bill and to avoid errors to go on line. My bank doesn't have North East CO-OP in their drop down menu so I guess I will have to deal with unprofessional employees that have no sense of customer services. I guess when you are a monopoly you don't have to care about your customers. Next time I will take the name of the person and the date that I called in. Thanks
