Very poor customer service. Conflicting stories at termination of lease from office manager and landlord. Unfortunately myself being the paying tenant had to pay for their unorganized messy customer service and communication skills. Great facilities however if renting in Fredericton, NB, I would be very weary on renting from this company. The only way you can successfully rent from them is if every conversation had is audio recorded so you have evidence as to what has been promised and indicated to you as a paying tenant.
