Review of Claws and Mane Hair and Nail Studio by Disappointed
Be advised the owner or an employee driving the company vehicle today Jan 18 conducted herself extremely poorly while driving. The weather conditions at the noon hour were quite bad, snowing and poor visibility. Driving along Louis st Laurent which is a 1 lane road I was tailed by this car while driving with 2 babies under 3 years old. Approaching bronte street I moved to the right lane as she was still tailing me and was making it beyond clear that she was in a hurry. When she stopped on my left she was shaking her head and then got in a verbal confrontation with me blaming my driving on me - meanwhile she was tailing me the entire way and could of caused an accident. Rather than apologizing she was extremely rude. While explaining why I was driving slow she then went on to say I was a bad mother because I was standing up for myself and then zoomed away. This behaviour is horrible and a bad representation for any company. This woman should not be in the business of customer service and I wouldn't believe a word she says about anything because she Is fake and has no sympathy for her actions.
