Job at Fort St James Iberdrola is ran extremely bad. People are showing up late daily, taking 30-45 min coffee breaks and one hour + lunch breaks. People don't care because there is no supervision on site. No safety on site either so the safety is slacking. Mr. Sherba should know he's losing money from poor supervision. If he wants to make any money on the Fort St James job, he should relocate the old foreman back to commercial and hire a "go to" foreman that's strict and on top of his crew.
