Review of Aaa Fort Garry Flooring by Unhappy Gilmore
I purchased my own vinyl plank flooring for Kitchen/bathroom Reno. and contracted Guy of AAA Fort Garry Flooring to do the install. His crew completed said install on January 31, 2017 with some flaws where in good faith I paid Guy (the owner) in full with the expectation that the repairs under warranty would be taken care of promptly. Guy continued to ignore any messages sent or broke promises of when these warranty repairs would be done. It was only "after" I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency of Manitoba and got a mediator involved in the first week of March, 2017 did Guy start to pay attention to my request. All repairs, except for one of Guy's crew members bending one of the transition pieces, were done to my satisfaction. Four days later I contacted Guy to explain the situation with the intent of offering to pay for a new transition piece if he could install it only to be interrupted, sworn at and hung up on which I find to be very unprofessional for a businessman. "My best advise is DO NOT do business with AAA Fort Garry Flooring and if you do choose to have any flooring installed by his company that you hold back payment until you are 100% satisfied that all work is completed to your satisfaction" as once payment is made Guy will move on to the next paying job and dismiss any follow up warranty work that you may require.
