Review of Palazzo Apartments Riverside by Ned Limpopo
Terrible building manager who would rather stand outside and smoke than actually do any work. She actually admits to hiding from tenants so she doesn't have to deal with complaints. Maintenance requests are not taken care of even after years of asking. Apartments are overrun with ants. Horrible crazy noisy tenants who litter in the halls and scream outside other people's doors all hours of the day and night. Right across the water from the Detroit Grand Prix which is so loud in the summer it actually rattles pictures right off your walls. Building is run by Sterling Karamar, who have a terrible reputation as landlords. Avoid at all costs!
