06/16/2021 - Hello. This is not regarding your company so much as one of your drivers. This morning, as I was leaving to go to the border, where I work, your driver in truck trailer 9116B, going northbound from Montana to Canada, passed me on a two lane highway in a no passing zone (solid double yellow lines). I had pulled out from my residence when your driver was at least 100 yards back, well within time to slow if necessary, which shouldn't have been the case since he was coming out of a 35 MPH construction zone and just re-entering a 60 MPH zone. Your driver proceeded to speed up to my vehicle before passing in an illegal passing zone. On a personal level, I have been in a hit and run accident with a semi-truck before and this type of driving is completely unacceptable. On a professional level, as someone who works with your drivers frequently for cross border trade, it is disappointing to know at least one of your drivers has such disregard for the driving laws in another country, thereby putting themselves and others in harm's way. While I know that everyone makes mistakes, I would hope that your company offers better training to avoid this type of situation happening again with a potentially much worse and deadlier outcome.
