Review of Kenworth Lloydminster by Rick Keough
Was involved in an accident and chose this repair shop as it had in-house paint and body as well as mechanical repairs. Being a new facility I figured it would have quality workers and everything under one roof would speed up the repair process. The time factor was ok but the quality of the body work and paint was terrible. Voids left in the fiberglass repairs plus stone chips were not sanded out before it was painted. The paint also had bad orange peel over most of the area sprayed. When contacted about the defects they refused to fix it and said they had already done more than they needed to. Had to take it to another shop to get a second opinion and have them report to the insurance. Very poor workmanship and attitude. I later learned from some locals that they have a reputation in Lloydminster for doing overpriced, crappy work. Would not recommend the body shop to anyone.
